1. Credit-Based System

Burning Bridges AI Video operates on a pay-as-you-go credit balance. You buy credits once without recurring subscription charges.

2. Automatic Technical Refunds

If a video generation fails due to a system error, pipeline timeout, or server malfunction:

• Your credits are automatically and instantly returned to your account balance.
• You can immediately retry generation with the same photo or a different portrait.

3. General Refund Requests

Because AI video rendering incurs irreversible GPU server processing costs, completed video generations cannot be refunded once delivered. However, if you purchased a credit package and have not consumed any credits, you may request a full payment refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting us at contact@burningbridges-aivideo.com.
